Altaf sees archaic system being revolutionized

LONDON: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain said the revolution in the old-dated feudalistic system is clocking up in Pakistan, Geo News reported Monday.

He said this while talking to people contacting MQM International Secretariat.

Altaf Hussain said his party is struggling to put an end to the outmoded feudal system and wants to purge the country of thieves, thugs and dacoits.

‘We believe no force can thwart the passage of this public revolution; however, this fight for right is not a bed of flowers; instead, it would be hedge of thorns. And those who scramble for the acquisition of rights, are persecuted in every era at the hands of establishment and rulers,’ Altaf stressed.

He continued, ‘However, the nation that strives with indomitable perseverance, eventually claws its way through to success.’

Pakistan is passing through extremely critical juncture and the poor and under-privileged should not sit back at home under the circumstances; instead, they should flock into action to serve the nation, the MQM chief remarked.

Altaf said negative propaganda was peddled against the MQM in the country including Punjab; however, by the grace of Allah Almighty, party’s message is being heeded and accepted in a clear proof of that the days of out-dated feudal system and the monopoly of handful of families plundering the national wealth, have been numbered.
